"Don't call him 'Country'. Everlast is 'HipHop', dammit."
haha... yeah, I like the album, but how the fuck is "The Crown" hiphop?! sounds like Toby Keith to me (for those unfamiliar with country, he's a right wing, redneck, hillbillie, red state idiot, yet very successful and probably not a friend of Willie Nelson's)
so I checked the Redlight King album... not my cup of coffee. weird mix of rap and rock, but not as classy as E, and they can't really decide what genre they actually tend to. I wonder what Neil Young has to say about this:

new funk/break mixes
news bits: y'all hear the new The Roots w/ Big KRIT? from some upcoming concept album of theirs. awful, sounds like some 80s r&b-pop until Black Thought comes in (who only has a short verse anyway) / The Roots also have an album coming with Betty Wright ("Clean Up Woman", vocal coach for the young Joss Stone, etc) which I'm really looking forward to / Muggs posted on facebook that Fredwreck has an album coming out - hopefully w/ Whitey Ford on a track or two / soulassassins.com is dead, huh? +
some fat man after all:

Long At All:
teach your children well, best line from that song...
beg them to be kind
cause they'll be running shit
when you're old, deaf, dumb and blind
I see it in my own family now and how my father, aunt and grandmother act
